• Holiday Caravans (6 or 8 Berth): Perfect for larger families or groups. Each caravan is fully equipped with comfortable bedrooms, bedding, fresh bed linen and towels.  There is an open-plan lounge with a Smart TV, a fully fitted kitchen, complete with an electric oven, combi microwave oven, gas hob, fridge freezer, cookware, crockery and cutlery, so all the essentials you’ll need.  The 6 berth has a king bedroom & 2 twin bedrooms. The 8 berth has 2 double bedrooms & 2 twin bedrooms. They are double-glazed and centrally heated, with a picnic table.

• Glamping Pods (Sleeps up to 6): A unique, cosy retreat combining the closeness to nature with the comforts of home. Each pod features one double bed, two double sofa-beds, table, benches, along with a microwave, toaster, kettle and mini fridge. You’ll also have a Smart TV, lighting, a small heater and electric sockets for charging phones/small devices, and picnic table. For showers & toilets, you have a dedicated facilities building nearby.Bedding, linen, crockery, cutlery, etc are not provided in pods.

Christmas stays are limited, so please make sure you select the correct arrival date when booking.

Please Note: If your arrival day is for Monday 21st December, you will be able to access you accommodation from 3pm, but you will be able to use the Theme Park from 10:30 for the day.

Don't forget to add your Grotto tickets to your basket at checkout and lock in your time slot! The Grotto visit must be selected for a date within the dates you are staying. (All prices below inclusive of 50p booking fee)

Important Note: To secure this special package, you must select and book your Grotto visit slot at the same time you book your accommodation. If you would like to bring a dog for a pod stay, please check availability prior to booking by calling 01803 712598, payment for dogs will need to be taken separately (£25). Dogs cannot go through the grotto, but we do have free unsupervised kennels you can use (deposit for padlock is required).

Christmas Grotto Terms & Conditions:

·      Please note tickets are non- refundable for any reason (see below info on changing the date or time of your booking)

·      1 Festive non-alcoholic, mulled wine drink provided for each adult visiting the grotto, (these cannot be exchanged for any other item).

·      1 baked treat for each of the children visiting the grotto.

·      Children under 17 must be accompanied by an adult of 17 years or over.  

·      The following rides are closed during the winter fun season: Watercoasters, Toboggan Run, Pedal Boats, Dune Buggies, Arctic Gliders, Avalanche, Bumper Boats, Jumping Pillow and Safari Adventure Golf. The theme park is closed on weekdays except Monday 21st, Tuesday 22nd, and Wednesday 23rd December 2026.

·      We apologise but we are unable to accept pushchairs through Santa’s Grotto due to space.

·      The Santa’s Grotto will accommodate guests in wheelchairs, however large electric wheelchairs and mobility scooters are not allowed into the attraction due to space limitations.

·      All adults & children that wish to go through the grotto need to have purchased a grotto ticket online. Children aged 12 and above will need to purchase the Child aged 12years + Grotto Entry (NO GIFT INCLUDED) ticket to gain entry to the grotto, however if your 12+ year old child would like to receive a gift please see below point.

·      The Christmas Grotto experience has been designed with younger children in mind but if you are planning to bring along an older sibling (12+) and would still like them to receive a gift, please book them a Child 8-11 grotto entry ticket. Please be aware this gift will be best suited to an 8-11 year old.

·      Christmas Grotto Tickets are date and time specific and are only valid on the date which is booked. The time slot you have chosen is the time you need to be at the entrance to the grotto to start your magical experience. Therefore, please aim to be there 10 – 15 mins before your start time.

CHANGE OF DATE

To change the date / time on your ticket: This needs to be done at least 3 DAYS before you are due to visit Santa and a £5 charge applies. You will need to reply to your booking confirmation email or email fun@woodlandspark.com with your booking reference number and the new requested date/time you would like to change your visit to. Provided the accommodation and Grotto is available, our Reception Team will be able to change your ticket for a fee of £5 per booking number. This is subject to availability.

·      No discount tickets can be used alongside the Christmas Grotto Tickets as this is a special package rate

·      It is your responsibility to wear sensible clothing / footwear and to read and abide by all safety guidelines / instructions.  Please note that rides & attractions have height restrictions, a few rides/attractions have age and weight restrictions.

·      Very occasionally, due to our policy of continual improvement or events beyond our control, some attractions may have to be withdrawn without prior notice. Woodlands in its absolute discretion reserves the right, without refund or compensation, to close the whole or any part of the park at any time without notice.

·      We reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to refuse admission to the park, ban from entry to the park or remove from the park, without right to refund, any person who acts in a manner that the Management of Woodlands Family Theme Park feel to be inappropriate and/or undesirable.

Holiday Caravans & Glamping Pod Terms & Conditions:

All our General Terms & Conditions apply, alongside the below conditions 

·      The seasonal stays accommodation is only available when booking the Christmas Grotto as part of the same booking.

·      The accommodation should be left clean and tidy, and all rubbish must be removed and placed in the dustbins / recycling bins provided. 

·      Check in time from 3pm, latest arrival by 9.30pm. If Reception is closed, please check in with the wardens opposite the arrivals bay. 

·      Check out time is by 10:00am. If you would like to use the Theme Park on the day of your departure, please park in the day visitors’ car park and present your vehicle tag to the Entrance Kiosk to gain entry to the Theme Park. The Theme Park is closed on weekdays in December, except 21st, 22nd and 23rd December 2026.

·      Strictly No smoking & No candles in the holiday caravans or glamping pods. 

·      Only bring BBQs with charcoal/gas. They must be off the ground, Strictly No BBQs on the decking. 

·      Please make sure children are supervised in the holiday caravans and glamping pods; any damage or missing items will be charged for. 

·      Dogs: Are not permitted in the holiday caravans.  However, some of our glamping pods do take dogs but they must be supervised. Any damage will be charged for. Please call Reception for more information. There is a charge of £25 per dog for a 2 night pod stay, this payment will need to be made over the phone to reception once they have confirmed availability.

·      Accessibility: The holiday caravans are not suitable for wheelchair users.  However, our glamping pods are accessible. Please call Reception for more information.

·      Prohibited: Gazebos, trailers, and pup tents are not allowed in the holiday caravan and glamping pod area. 

·      Travel Cot: Travel Cots are available to hire for £35 (subject to availability). It is required to leave the travel cot in good, clean condition upon departure. This can only be added to your booking by calling reception on 01803 712598. We require at least 48 hours’ notice to facilitate this. 

·      Children: Adults with children under the age of 17 are responsible for them and must always accompany them. 

·      Vehicle Tags: Vehicle tag issued on arrival must be displayed. One vehicle per holiday caravan or glamping pod. Any other vehicles can park in the regular day visitors’ car park, free of charge. Unauthorised vehicles may be wheel clamped. 

·      Vehicle speeds: No vehicle should exceed 5 mph (walking pace), you are welcome to report offenders to reception. We allow bicycles ridden sensibly but not in the Theme Park from 9am to 6pm. Go-peds, powered cycles & drones are not permitted anywhere on site. 

·      Please be considerate to others by always keeping noise to an acceptable level, but particularly after 10.30pm and before 8.00am. 

·      If you have any problems during your stay, please see the Wardens or reception staff.
