Buying your Tickets Online

Buy your tickets online - it's quick, easy and secure.

Tickets are dated tickets and are only valid on the date which is booked.

To change the date on your ticket: This needs to be done 24 hours before your visit and a £5 charge applies. You will need to call Woodlands Reception Team on 01803 712598 who will be able to change your ticket for a fee of £5 per booking number.

All children under 17 must be accompanied by an adult. Children under 92cms are Free entry.

Note: No Special Offer can be used in conjunction with any other Special Offer.

All ticket prices include VAT at the current prevailing rate of 20%.

A Family can be any combination of Adults and Children 110cm + (minimum of 1 Adult of 17 years or over).

Proof of Disability Evidence Required: Please bring along a Disability Living Allowance letter and I.D or blue disabled badge showing a photograph of the relevant person.

Your e-ticket will be emailed to you upon completion - print it or save it to your mobile device and present it at the ticket desk and enjoy your day!

Your tickets will be emailed to you – please allow up to 24 hours for delivery. If you are buying tickets within 24 hours of your visit just make a note of your reference number (from the confirmation page).

Bring the reference number with some ID to gain entry to the Park. You do not need to wait for an email if you have your reference number and ID. When you arrive please go to the first or second entrance kiosk.
