TICKET INFORMATION

30% off entry is only valid in the Main Season and Summer Holiday Seasons

Tickets must be purchased in advance, before the day you visit to qualify for the discounted online prices.

If you purchase your tickets on the day you are visiting during Main Season & Summer Holidays, the online discount will be 10% off.

There is a 50p booking fee per person.

- Tickets bought online are non-refundable for any reason.
- Online tickets are date specific and are only valid on the date which is booked.
- We are unable to accept tickets on different dates at the entrance kiosk.
- To change the date on your ticket: This needs to be done 24 hours before your visit and a £5 charge applies. You will need to call Woodlands Reception Team on 01803 712598 who will be able to change your ticket for a fee of £5 per booking number.

PARK INFORMATION

- Children under 92cms have free entry. On arrival, children without an online ticket found to be 92cm and above will pay the normal entrance price.
- Children under 17 must be accompanied by an adult of 17 years or over. On arrival, ID stating date of birth may be required if the adult appears to be under 17 years of age.
- Carers Entry - We do not offer free entry for carers instead we offer a highly discounted price for the Guest with Disabilities.
