IF YOU ARE ATTENDING ON ANY OF THESE DATES, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GAIN ACCESS INTO THE PARK UNTIL 15:30!

Season Ticket Holders

Pre book a Christmas Grotto ticket in order to gain entry into Santa’s Grotto. Any siblings who do not have a Season Ticket due to not being 92cms, please book a relevant ticket dependant on the child’s age. All Christmas Grotto Tickets purchased will have photographs cross checked against our data base. There is just a standard ticket to be purchased, for the relevant age category due to the theme park being closed.

Christmas Terms & Conditions:-

-       Please note: Tickets are non-refundable for any reason.

-      MAXIMUM OF TWO ADULTS PER BOOKING, EXTRA BOOKED ADULTS WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ENTER THE GROTTO.

-       1 Festive non-alcoholic mulled wine drink provided for each adult, maximum 2 festive drinks per booking, (these cannot be exchanged for any other item).

-       Children under 17 must be accompanied by an adult of 17 years or over.  On arrival, ID stating date of birth will be required if the adult appears to be under 17 years of age.

-       All Rides and Attractions will be closed during this event.

-       We apologise but we are unable to accept pushchairs through Santa’s Grotto.

-       The Santa’s Grotto will accommodate guests in wheelchairs, however large electric wheelchairs and mobility scooters are not allowed into the attraction due to reasons of access.

-       All adults & children that wish to go through the grotto need to have purchased a grotto ticket online. Children aged 12 and above will need to purchase the Child aged 12 years & above - Grotto Entry (NO GIFT INCLUDED) to gain entry to the grotto, however if your 12+ year old child would like to recieve a gift please see below point.

-       The Christmas Grotto experience has been designed with younger children in mind but if you are planning to bring along an older sibling (12+) and would still like them to receive a gift, please book them a child 8-11 Christmas park & grotto entry ticket. Please be aware this gift will be best suited to an 8-11 year old.

-       Christmas Grotto Tickets bought online are non-refundable for any reason.

-       Christmas Grotto Tickets are date and time specific and are only valid on the date which is booked. The time slot you have chosen is the time you need to be at the entrance to the grotto to start your magical experience.

 CHANGE OF DATE

To change the date / time on your ticket: This needs to be done at least 3 days before you are due to visit Santa and a £5 charge applies. You will need to reply to your booking confirmation email or email fun@woodlandspark.com with your booking reference number and the new requested date/time you would like to change your visit to. Provided the new slot is available, our Reception Team will be able to change your ticket for a fee of £5 per booking number. This is subject to availability. 

-       No discount ticket can be used alongside the Christmas Grotto Tickets.

-       We reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to refuse admission to the Park, ban from entry to the Park or remove from the Park, without right to refund, any person who acts in a manner that the Management of Woodlands Family Theme Park feel to be inappropriate and/or undesirable.

Woodlands reserve the right to change or remove these offers at any time without notice. Offer subject to availability and capacity. Not valid with any other offer and only available with tickets purchased online.
