It’s time to embark on an enchanting journey! The highly anticipated Woodlands Christmas Grotto is back for another year of festive fun! Venture through the North Pole in this 10-room interactive walkthrough experience featuring snowy forests, cozy cabins and the amazing Elf Toy Factory. Board the Woodlands Express for an immersive train ride through the North Pole before finally meeting Santa and receiving a gift. You’re sure to find a few surprises along the way!

1st, 7th, 8th, 14th, 15th, 21st, 22nd & 23rd December 2024.
Season Ticket Holders
Your season ticket photograph will need to be cross checked against the system, if this fails to match you will be required to pay the full rate starting at £17.95 - £23.95 per adult, and £29.95 - £35.95 per child (depending on the date) to gain entry to the park & Christmas Grotto.

Christmas Terms & Conditions:-
- Please note: Tickets are non-refundable for any reason.
- MAXIMUM OF TWO ADULTS PER BOOKING, EXTRA BOOKED ADULTS WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ENTER THE GROTTO AND WILL NOT BE ISSUED WITH A REFUND.
- 1 Festive non-alcoholic mulled wine drink provided for each adult, maximum 2 festive drinks per booking, (these cannot be exchanged for any other item).
- Children under 17 must be accompanied by an adult of 17 years or over. On arrival, ID stating date of birth will be required if the adult appears to be under 17 years of age.
- The following rides are closed during the winter fun season: Watercoasters, Toboggan Run, Pedal Boats, Dune Buggies, Arctic Gliders, Avalanche, Bumper Boats, Jumping Pillow and Safari Adventure Golf if weather unsuitable/insufficient demand.
- We apologise but we are unable to accept pushchairs through Santa’s Grotto.
- The Santa’s Grotto will accommodate guests in wheelchairs, however large electric wheelchairs and mobility scooters are not allowed into the attraction due to reasons of access.
- All adults & children that wish to go through the grotto need to have purchased a grotto ticket online. Children aged 12 and above will need to purchase the Child aged 12years & above - Day Ticket & Grotto Entry (NO GIFT INCLUDED) ticket to enter the park and gain entry to the grotto, however if your 12+ year old child would like to recieve a gift please see below point.
- The Christmas Grotto experience has been designed with younger children in mind but if you are planning to bring along an older sibling (12+) and would still like them to receive a gift, please book them a child 8-11 Christmas park & grotto entry ticket. Please be aware this gift will be best suited to an 8-11 year old.
- Christmas Grotto Tickets bought online are non-refundable for any reason.
- Christmas Grotto Tickets are date and time specific and are only valid on the date which is booked. The time slot you have chosen is the time you need to be at the entrance to the grotto to start your magical experience.
CHANGE OF DATE
To change the date / time on your ticket: This needs to be done at least 3 days before you are due to visit Santa and a £5 charge applies. You will need to reply to your booking confirmation email or email fun@woodlandspark.com with your booking reference number and the new requested date/time you would like to change your visit to. Provided the new slot is available, our Reception Team will be able to change your ticket for a fee of £5 per booking number. This is subject to availability.
- No discount ticket can be used alongside the Christmas Grotto Tickets.
- It is your responsibility to wear sensible clothing / footwear and to read and abide by all safety guidelines / instructions. Please note that rides & attractions have height restrictions, a few rides/attractions have age and weight restrictions.
- Very occasionally, due to our policy of continual improvement or events beyond our control, some attractions may have to be withdrawn without prior notice. Woodlands in its absolute discretion reserves the right, without refund or compensation, to close the whole or any part of the Park at any time without notice.
- We reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to refuse admission to the Park, ban from entry to the Park or remove from the Park, without right to refund, any person who acts in a manner that the Management of Woodlands Family Theme Park feel to be inappropriate and/or undesirable.
Woodlands reserve the right to change or remove these offers at any time without notice. Offer subject to availability and capacity of the Park. Not valid with any other offer and only available with tickets purchased online.
