TICKET INFORMATION

30% off entry is only valid in the Main Season and Summer Holiday Seasons.

Tickets must be purchased in advance, before the day you visit to qualify for the maximum discounted online rate of 30% off.

If you purchase your tickets on the day you are coming during Main Season & Summer holidays, the online discount will be 10% off.

OFF PEAK WEEKDAY TICKETS, HAVE A SEPERATE DISCOUNTED RATE.

There is a 50p booking fee per person.

- Tickets bought online are non-refundable for any reason.
- Online tickets are date specific and are only valid on the date which is booked.
- We are unable to accept tickets on different dates at the entrance kiosk.
- To change the date on your ticket: This needs to be done 24 hours before your visit and a £5 charge applies. You will need to call Woodlands Reception Team on 01803 712598 who will be able to change your ticket for a fee of £5 per booking number.

PARK INFORMATION 2026

The Off Peak Weekday Dates are as follows, 20th & 24th April, 27th April & 1st May, 5th - 8th May, 11th - 15th May & 18th – 22nd May, 7th, 11th, 14th, 18th, 21st, 25th, 28th September, & 2nd, 5th, 9th, 12th, 16th, 19th & 23rd October. The below rides and attractions are closed during this period, therefore park entrance is at a discounted rate.

(The following rides are closed during the Off Peak Weekdays & Winter Fun Seasons: Watercoasters, Toboggan Run, Pedal Boats, Bumper Boats, Arctic Gliders, Bumper Boats, Dune Buggies, Avalanche, Jumping Pillow, & Safari Adventure Golf)

The Park is fully closed on the following dates, 21st - 23rd April, 28th - 30th April, 8th - 10th September, 15th - 17th September, 22nd - 24th September, 29th September - 1st October, 6th - 8th October, 13th - 15th October, 20th - 22nd October

- Children under 92cms are free entry.  On arrival, children without an online ticket found to be 92cm and above will pay the normal entrance price.
- Children under 17 must be accompanied by an adult of 17 years or over.  On arrival, ID stating date of birth may be required if the adult appears to be under 17 years of age.
- Carers Entry - We do not offer free entry for carers instead we offer a highly discounted price for the Guest with Disabilities.
