HOW TO GET YOUR SPECIAL OFFER 2026 ANNUAL PASS!

Purchase your annual pass ONLINE and redeem your booking reference number at the parks Entrance kiosk, with the correct documentation on your first visit. Each pass holder will have a photo which will be digitally stored in our system for the duration of the pass. Annual passes are not valid if you fail to do this.

Please note: The annual passes start the day you purchase them online, not the day you first visit the park, and are valid for 12 months!

No passes will be valid without the correct documentation for all recipients.

• Adventurer Pass: Your child will be measured at the Entrance kiosk on your first visit to the park to check they are between 92cms - 110cms. If they are over 110cms the difference will need to be paid, before the photos are taken to validate the passes

Woodlands Membership Conditions

Bendalls Leisure Ltd reserves the right to withdraw any Annual Pass Membership if the following conditions are not complied with or if the company deems necessary.

The Annual Pass Membership admits the named photographed person only. They are not transferable and non-refundable. A photograph of each pass holder will be taken by a member of Woodlands' staff on the first visit to the park. These will be stored digitally on our system, without one the pass is not valid. Failure to comply with this will result in the normal entrance fee being charged. 

The Annual passes are Digital, to be more environmentally friendly, so you will not receive a physical Card.

You will be issued upon entry to the park for every visit, a dated receipt to use in order to claim your Woodlands benefits. You will need to retain this and present to each of the Woodland’s outlets in order to receive your discounts, without this discounts will not be applied. The receipt must be for the date of your visit, benefits are purely for membership holders only, checks will be in place to ensure these are not being shared. If you are found to be taking advantage of this your membership will be instantly withdrawn. Unacceptable behaviour may result in the withdrawal of the membership.

Very occasionally, due to our policy of continual improvement, or events beyond our control, some attractions may have to be withdrawn without prior notice. Woodlands in its absolute discretion reserves the right without refund or compensation, to close the whole or any part of the park at any time without prior notice. Non-use of the membership, closure of the park, closure of part of the park, or bad weather does not entitle the member to a refund.

Woodlands General Terms & Conditions: -

• Children under 92cms have free entry. On arrival, children without an online ticket found to be 92cms and above will pay the normal entrance fee.
• Children under 17 must be accompanied by an adult of 17 years or over. On arrival ID stating date of birth may be required if the adult appears to be under 17 years of age.
• Tickets bought online are non-refundable for any reason
• No special offer can be used in conjunction with any other offer
• Discount codes are not valid in conjunction with any other offer or discount
• It is your responsibility to wear sensible clothing/footwear, and to read and abide by all of the safety guidelines/instructions. Please note that rides & attractions have height restrictions, a few rides and attractions have age and weight restrictions
• On arrival, official documentary evidence of Guests with Disability or Senior Citizen status will be required.
