Please note: The annual passes start the day you purchase them online, not the day you collect them!

Purchase your Annual Passes online and simply have your photo taken by a member of Woodlands' staff to be stored digitally at our entrance kiosk with the correct documentation on your first visit to the park. No passes will be valid without the correct documentation for all recipients.

Membership Conditions

Bendalls Leisure Ltd reserves the right to withdraw any Annual Pass Membership if the following conditions are not complied with or if the company deems necessary.

There will be a Charity Day on Thursday 25th July 2024 when you will be unable to use your annual pass for entrance to the park. However, tickets can be bought online in advance.
On this day, 100% of ticket sales will be donated to Children with Cancer UK.

The Annual Pass membership admits the named photographed person only. They are not transferable and non-refundable. A photography of each pass holder will be taken by a member of Woodlands' staff, on the first visit to the park. These will be stored digitally on our system, without one your pass is not valid. Failure to comply with this will result in the normal entrance fee being charged.

You will be issued upon entry to the park for every visit, a dated receipt, to use in order to claim your Woodlands benefits. You will need to retain this and present to each of the Woodlands outlets in order to receive your discounts, without this discounts will not be applied. The receipt must be for the date of your visit, benefits are purely for membership holders only, checks will be in place to ensure these are not being shared. If you are found to be taking advantage of this your membership will be instantly withdrawn. Unacceptable behaviour may result in the withdrawal of the membership.

Very occasionally, due to our policy of continual improvement, or events beyond our control, some attractions may have to be withdrawn without prior notice. Woodlands in its absolute discretion reserves the right without refund or compensation, to close the whole or any part of the park at any time without prior notice. Non-use of the membership, closure of the park, closure of part of the park or bad weather does not entitle the member to a refund.

Documentation required to collect your passes on your first visit to the park:

·         Proof required for Guest with Disability Pass: DLA Letter, PIP Letter, Blue Badge or D.I.D Card.

·         Proof required for OAP Pass: Proof of age that includes a photo (for example either passport or driving license)
