Please note: The Childminder Pass starts the day you make the purchase online, not the day you collect the pass!

Purchase your Childminder Pass online and simply have your photo taken and stored in our database at the park’s entrance kiosk with the correct documentation on your first visit to the park. No passes will be valid without the correct documentation. 

The Childminder Weekday Annual Membership is designed to work in the same way as a normal Annual pass however this pass does not need to be for a specific child. The Childminder’s Annual pass can be used to bring between 1 and 6 children under 13 years old and is transferable between children as long as the same Childminder is present. Please note if you are registered to look after less than six children the number of children you are registered to look after will be the maximum number of children you can bring to the park each visit under the childminder annual pass. 
 

Woodlands Childminder Annual Membership Conditions

Bendalls Leisure Ltd reserves the right to withdraw any ticket if the following conditions are not complied with or the company deems it necessary.

The Ticket issued admits the named childminder only. It is not transferable. A Photograph of the childminder must be taken and stored on our database on the first visit to the park after purchase, without one the pass is not valid. Woodlands Leisure reserve the right to close the park or any attractions without prior notice. Sorry, non-use of the ticket does not entitle the holder to a refund.

- There will be a Charity Day on Thursday 25th July 2024 when you will be unable to use your annual pass for entrance to the park. However, tickets can be bought online in advance.
On this day, 100% of ticket sales will be donated to Children with Cancer UK.

– This membership is only available to registered Childminders.

– This pass is only valid Monday – Friday.

– This pass is not valid on Weekends, Bank Holidays or Character Days (please see the website for more details all excluded dates will be available from March 2024).

- The Childminder Annual Pass does not allow access to our Seasonal Grotto's.

- The Childminder Annual Pass is already heavily discounted and is not subject to any further promotional offers or discounts.

To qualify for the Childminder’s Annual Membership registration documents must be provided at the time you wish to take the pass out, these must include:

– Woodlands Childminder’s Membership Form completed and signed

– The Childminder’s registration certificate

– The Childminder’s registration number

 – Proof of address (must match the registration certificate)

– Proof of photo ID of the Childminder
